Header Project
The header project for 95 B230 turbo engine has started (well kinda). Parts are arriving at a pretty slow pace, and various elbows being on backorder don't help much. Parts required for this project are: A exhaust flange for your engine, 12+ weldable steel elbows, 12+" of straight weldable pipe, a good collector if you can't make your own, and a turbo flange to match what turbo mounts your header.
June 14th
Got a box today with the remaining elbows, which brings the total up to 13 of them. I also got another 12" of straight pipe, so 2 of those total. Parts still coming are some t3 flanges, 4 head flanges, and my merge collector.

June 15th
Got the collector today. Looks pretty nice, and the only tweaking will be some mild welding where the TIG didn't go 100% through form the outside.
June 19th
Now to show some hot paper towel roll action with lots of tape. Sold the old welder, and bought a new Miller 210, so tack welding isn't an option right now.
